We love our go-to, sure-to-please cocktail recipes, but it's a holiday weekend, so of course, our fave Celuí co-founders Veronica Hu and Nicole Townend couldn't let you sip on anything basic this Labor Day weekend. So we're taking you to Greece via their latest signature cocktail—The Rose Mist. One sip, and you'll feel like you've been transported to an exotic paradise, especially when paired with a few spritzes of Celuí's signature scent.

The Rose Mist
Makes one drink
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin Bombay Sapphire gin
- 1.5 oz brown sugar syrup
- 1 oz rosewater
- 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp apricot marmalade
- 1 scoop of mango sorbet
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Mix well
- Double strain it into a chilled martini glass
- Enjoy
